Raymond Ayayee

Campus Director

Raymond and Esther Ayayee serve as a missionary couple with the Great Commission Movement of Ghana. Raymond has been serving through: evangelism, discipleship, leadership development and spiritual movement building among specialized groups/leaders and students: University of Ghana, 2003 – 2004; University of Cape Coast, 2005 – 2012; Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, 2013 – Present. Among other team responsibilities, Raymond served as: a coach (Great Commission Movement of West Africa New Staff Training Team, Ghana 2005-2011); Local/Regional Team Leader, Campus Ministries, Ashanti Region (2015 - present); National Team Leader, Campus Ministries (2019-present).

Raymond has BSc. in Chemistry, University of Cape Coast; M.A. Leadership, International Leadership University, Nairobi-Kenya; M.A. Theology and Missions, Akrofi-Christaller Institute of Theology, Mission and Culture, Ghana. Raymond is committed to the spiritual renewal and societal impact of the gospel in Africa and beyond, as well as the collaborative and sustainable spreading of the gospel especially in the context of people of other Faith. Raymond is a member of Transformers’ Network (TRANET), a global network of Leaders in societal transformation; and a fellow of International Fellowship of Missions as Transformation (INFEMIT).

Esther served in the finance department of the national office of the Great Commission Movement of Ghana (2011). She has also been involved as: campus ministry staff (2012-present); Finance Lead, Campus Ministries, Ashanti Region (2015-present); Finance Lead, Campus Ministries, Ghana (2019-present). Esther has a BSc. Accounting degree from University of Professional Studies Accra, Ghana. She also pursued short courses in Website designing/Management and Biblical/Theological Studies. She is passionate about applications of ICT to ministry. Raymond, Esther and their son Josh Keli live in Kumasi.
