Delanyo Adadevoh (Dela) became a Campus Crusade for Christ staff member in 1980 as a trainer of new staff members in Jos, Nigeria.
While on staff, Dela has served in many capacities, including National Director of his home
country of Ghana (1987-1989), Director of Affairs for Southern and Eastern Africa (1989-1999), International Director and later Vice President for Leadership Development (1998-2002), and Vice President for Africa, the Middle East and Central Asian Republics (1999-2010).
Dela currently serves as Campus Crusade’s Vice President of Global Leadership (2010-present). In this capacity, Dela works with the leaders of the organization to accomplish our mutual calling to help fulfil the Great Commission. Dela also served as Vice President for LeaderImpact from 2014 to February 2019, with the goal of developing multiplying disciples among top influencers in selected domains of society.
Dela’s favourite activities are research and writing (history, culture, theology, leadership, and governance) and watching sports (soccer and tennis). He is passionate about Developing Kingdom Leaders.
Dela and Elizabeth (Ayikai) were married in 1981 and have three (3) married children: Elinam, Eyram and Elikem.
