Stephen Adu-Amoani serves as the Executive Director for Africa and the Caribbean at the International Leadership Foundation. He holds an Executive Masters degree in Business Administration (Finance), a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics, and a certificate in Internal Audit. With a tenure spanning 34 years, he commenced his journey with the organization in December 1989.
Throughout his career, Stephen has assumed various pivotal roles, including Financial Controller for West Africa (2005-2019), Director of Crisis Management for West Africa (2005-2016), Director of Operations for West Africa (2005-2012), Director for Strategy and Field Operations in Ghana (2002-2005), National Administrator in Ghana (1999-2002), Director for Training in Ghana (1996-1999), Director for Southern Ghana (1996-1999), and Staff Trainer at the Great Commission Training Center (1991-1996).
Stephen’s professional interests gravitate towards Organizational Strategy and Leadership Development. His dedication to the mission is underscored by his commitment to leading by example and serving alongside his colleagues. Stephen is married to Mrs. Diana Offeibea Adu-Amoani, and together, they nurture their three adult children: Joseph Adom, David Dieudonne, and Joanna Nhyira. They proudly call Accra, Ghana their home.
